Here’s a little sequence that makes great use of mobility work all throughout using the handy tool of a yoga block 😀 Start in a comfortable seat and pass the block between your hands overhead (shoulder abduction) and behind (shoulder adduction) you, trying to minimize the bending of your elbows as much as possible (in order to maximize the shoulder mobility benefits!) Then hold the block out in front of you to create a counterbalance and attempt to stand up without using your hands for support.
