Quick note on HYPER NORMALIZATION: I don’t think it’s our fault. Our memeing and joking is our attempt at coping with the SPEED and VOLUME of these problems cropping up all over the place. As the problems pop up and the go unfixed, we joke to cope with our new normal. Joking is our coping strategy. Hypernormalization is an action from the administration.
