Over the past nine years, we transformed the National Water Commission from a loss-making entity into one that is now operating profitably. This success gives us the foundation to do even more. In our next administration, we will launch a major Rural Water Supply Programme, with a special allocation similar to SPARK, where we invested $45 billion in roads. Within five years, every feasible community in Jamaica will have access to potable water in their homes. This initiative will go hand in hand
