A Quick DIY Gift for Cat Lovers (10 Minutes!) All you need is a smooth surface, a little pretreatment, and a stencil you love In this case, the cat design my friend Megan @megandsprinks created. First, Sand the board, apply and dry the pretreatment, place your stencil and fill the gaps with Scorch paint. Remove the stencil and let the heat gun bring the design to life.
