The new Free Throw single music video, “Mike Nolan’s Long Weekend”, is out now. When BL. got to tour with FT about 4 or 5 years back, the guys were cool and kind enough to ask me to sing a verse in their set every night and it became not only 1 of my favorite parts of the show each night but also some of my favorite touring memories to look back on. Even better than that, when that tour ended we knew we had made true friends that we were so lucky to share time on the road with. For it all to une
