🎉 The National Archives Museum just celebrated its 91st anniversary! 🎂 On June 19, 1934, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the National Archives Act, establishing the National Archives and Records Administration to oversee federal recordkeeping. In 1935, the first records started arriving at the Archives and they haven't stopped since! We are grateful to all of our visitors who explore our nation's history through our documents, photos, and records. Join us in celebrating this milestone!
