Part four of a seven part series on pineapples!Ingredients:- Scraps from two pineapples- 1 cup of brown sugar- Optional: cinnamon sticks and chili peppersEquipment:- Half-gallon mason jar- Cheesecloth or paper towel- Permitted glass bottles with lidsInstructions:1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the half-gallon mason jar and lid.2. Place the pineapple scraps into the mason jar, filling it about halfway.3.
