CCTV footage released by the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation Metro Service shows a knife attacker throwing smoke bombs at the entrance of Taipei Main Station before he went on a stabbing rampage on Friday (Dec 19), killing three and injuring several others. BREAKING NEWS: The CCTV footage shows that at 2:18:40am, Hon Cyrus Jirongo drove into the petrol station from the Nairobi direction but did not refuel. At 2:19:10am, his vehicle stopped briefly at the station’s exit and at 2:19:19am, made a right turn back towards the Nairobi direction. At 2:19:25am, six seconds later, the CCTV captured the PSV bus ramming into his vehicle – DCI OFFICE SAYS
