I have been taking this methylfolate specifically since 2021 when I found out I have that gene mutation through a DNA test. It explained SO much! I had all of the above mental health issues and addiction issues. Methylfolate changed my life. Not everyone's experience is going to be the same obviously and it's not an overnight fix. Also you have to make other lifestyle changes along with it or else it might not be as dramatic as it was for me! I'm a completely different person than I was in 2021
