Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe ⤵️ Ingredients 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 1 onion chopped 3 cloves garlic crushed 250 g fresh mushrooms sliced 2 tbsp flour 2 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup cream Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried thyme • In a pot fry some mushroom slices in butter.
