10 On Your Side received video of the Virginia Beach Police Department removing a vehicle from the water at the Lynnhaven Marina after it landed on a boat and in to the water Friday evening, according to police. Police said the man, who 10 On Your Side has identified as Danny Deitrich, observed a vehicle go into the water, but did not see anyone get out of it.
