This is the Olaes Modular Bandage from @tacmed_solutions - it has some really great features, such as removable gauze for wound packing/dressing, the plastic sheet for an improvised occlusive seal, and the hard pressure cup that can also be used as an improvised eye cup. In this video we are demonstrating using it for bandaging a massive bleed, most likely after you have wound packed it first. These are some considerations and tips/tricks - nothing is a replacement for actual hands-on training.
