I do not listen to my own audiobooks. It’s not because I don’t like them. I got to pick my narrators and they are PHENOMENAL. I love these characters and these stories so much. No, it’s because I can’t handle hearing every single little tweak past me didn’t catch. I’m always learning how to be a better author. If you’re not learning, you start sucking. Or something like that. I know I’m not the author I want to be. I still have weaknesses in my writing and I’m going to continue to work on those.
