Andrew George William Parsons (Brazilian Portuguese: [ˈɐndru ˈpaʁsõz]; born 10 February 1977) is a Brazilian sports administrator and journalist. He is the current president of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

The Honourable Andrew Parsons was first elected in 2011 to represent the district of Burgeo – La Poile. He has previously served as Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Attorney General, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, and Government House Leader.
