Jun 10, 2019 · I have installed ~5 times a ubuntu server 16.04LTS on a virtual machine (VirtualBox) and only once has the OS recognized my un/pw as correct. I have made sure every time I do an install that the un/pw are accurate to what I want and anticipate upon startup and login. All but one time has the combination I selected failed. My question is:

Of course, most printers these days are network capable, but older devices are not. Installation I am doing this on Ubuntu 22.04 as a ‘server’. Let’s look at getting this installed.

Nov 27, 2022 · I installed Ubuntu server 20.04 LTS on one of my laptops. It works great and fits my little needs for my Home Lab, but I noticed that it seems to go to sleep after a few hours (maybe). I still haven't figured out if it has something to do with the system itself or the laptop (as far as I know it could be its network card as well).

Sep 4, 2023 · I have a Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on my PC and have 350-450Kb/s Wifi speed on Windows but on Ubuntu it is very very slow. Sometimes it counts 34-100bytes/sec. Specially on TERMINAL downloads like when installing something from CLI. I don't know if there is any background service like updating or something like that on Ubuntu.

Cloning works without any problems, the template could be created, and VMs can also be created from the template, but only without an OS profile.
