Thousands of passengers have had their travel plans disrupted after low-cost airlines Ryanair and easyJet cancelled hundreds of flights due to French air traffic control strikes.

An unauthorised traveller site in Weston-super-Mare has been moved by police and the council after failing to comply with an order to leave.

Patients will be given more control of their health via the NHS app, while there will be less reliance on hospitals, the plan says.
