Drone video showing a large great white shark near some of Maine's most popular beaches has prompted police in one coastal town to issue a warning on Tuesday. The warning was issued just weeks after there were multiple great white sightings in an area of Maine where a woman was fatally attacked by a shark five years ago.

Police in Scarborough, Maine confirmed a 10-12 foot great white shark was spotted off the coastline near popular beaches and are alerting the public for awareness.
