San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle missed the Week 3 contest against the Los Angeles Rams due to injury, and although he's played in the last two games, he's still banged up heading into Week 6.

McBride returns to the lineup after missing the Cardinals’ 42-14 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 4. He was out with a concussion. He cleared concussion protocol at the end of the week and had no injury destination on the final injury report of the week, but was downgraded Saturday when an injury to his ribs came up.

The San Francisco had a long injury report to end the week and key starters like linebacker Fred Warner and tight end George Kittle were both questionable to play against the Arizona Cardinals. Both Warner and Kittle would suit up. With the release of the 49ers’ inactive list 90 minutes before kickoff, neither was included.

With 28.1 fantasy points (9.4 per game), Kittle ranks among the best in the league at his position (second) and 127th overall in the NFL. In his most recent game (last week versus the New England Patriots), Kittle finished with 10.5 fantasy points -- four receptions, 45 yards and one touchdown.

Despite all the hype surrounding the Arizona Cardinals offense entering the 2024 campaign, the team has crawled out to a 1-3 record four games into the new season. Things won’t be getting any easier for them in Week 5,
