Days after a near-miss between a Delta regional plane and a military bomber in North Dakota, radar shows Aeroméxico flight 1631 nearly landed on top of Delta flight 590 on a runway in Mexico City while the Atlanta-bound plane was starting to take off.
It's the second major near miss for Delta in the past week after an airline pilot took evasive action to avoid hitting a B-52 bomber over North Dakota.
