Fans will get to see the dynamic duo of Regina Hall and Anna Faris return to the Scary Movie reboot, hitting theaters next year. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Hall and Faris commented, "We can’t wait to bring Brenda and Cindy back to life and be reunited with our great friends

It was announced that the Wayans Brothers would return to the beloved "Scary Movie" franchise to reboot the series with full direction. Keenan Ivory Wayans will return to produce, while Marlon Wayans and Sean Wayans will presumably help write and star in he newest chapter.

Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Keenen Ivory Wayans, who created the parody franchise that launched with the first movie in 2000, wrote the script for the new film.
