Christian Coleman defended Sha’Carri Richardson after an alleged incident at the at the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport .

After Richardson was arrested recently, Coleman, her boyfriend, said, "She's going to be good. I'm going to be good, too."

Richardson, a former Carter standout, competed in the 200-meter semifinals after withdrawing from the 100-meter semis Friday afternoon.
