"very special friend" actor Sylvester Stallone, Broadway great Michael Crawford, the famed rockers of KISS, disco icon Gloria Gaynor and  the "undisputed king of country music" George Strait at the 48th Kennedy Center Honors in Washington.

Donald and Melania Trump have arrived at the Kennedy Center ahead of the President's hosting duties honoring the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Kiss.

As for the ceremony, Billboard reports that KISS was celebrated with performances by Garth Brooks, Marcus King and Cheap Trick.
