As The Flaming Lips mourn the death of collaborator Nell Smith, the band is asking for any information regarding Steven Drozd’s 16-year-old daughter Charlotte, who was last seen Oct. 5 in Seattle.

Nell Smith, a promising Canadian musician renowned for her collaborations with the Flaming Lips, has sadly passed away. She was just 17.

"She had so much more to experience and to give this world but we are grateful that she got to experience so very much in her 17 years," a post on Instagram reads.
