If the Menendez brothers are set free, they may choose to go back to their hometown of Beverly Hills, CA, where their family home and site of their parents' murder is located; however, they will not have the immediate option of returning to their dwelling, which has changed hands several times since they were convicted.

A Los Angeles judge has resentenced the Menendez brothers, making them eligible for parole after serving prison time for the shotgun murders of their parents at their Beverly Hills, California, home in 1989.

Now eligible for parole, the Menendez brothers could be released next month after spending more than three decades behind bars.
