Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel are teaming up for NTR 31, an action drama set to be a standalone film, breaking the trend of multipart film series. Rukmini Vasanth of Sapta Sagaradache Ello fame is rumoured to play the female lead.

Following the massive success of Devara, all eyes are on NTR’s 31st project, which will be directed by mass action entertainers specialist Prashanth Neel. Tentatively titled Dragon, the film is a joint production by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts banners.

Headlined by Jr NTR, Devara Part 1 was released worldwide in theaters on September 27. Directed by Koratala Siva, the action drama also stars Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady Thangam and Saif Ali Khan as the main antagonist Bhaira. Devara marks the Telugu debut for both Bollywood actors.
