Following power outages across Spain, Portugal and other European countries, there's a travel insurance warning.

The proposed deal was first discussed in parliament on Aug 6 last year, and again on Oct 16 during the debate on the Insurance (Amendment) Bill after it was decided that the deal would be blocked.
