A fatal crash involving a Mazda SUV and a school bus on State Route 32 near Sardinia left two students hospitalized and one person dead, state police say. The Georgetown Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the head-on collision that occurred Sunday night at 7:37 p.

The Mazda driver, identified as 47-year-old Shawn Wisby of Georgetown, was pronounced dead at the scene. Wisby was not wearing a seatbelt, state troopers said. Two students from the bus were taken to an area hospital for evaluation. The crash remains under investigation.

A Forsyth school bus crashed at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 160, 1 mile east of Reeds Spring. No other vehicles were reportedly involved.
