Vishwash Kumar Ramesh claims he escaped almost certain death after jumping off the passenger plane as it burst into flames in the Indian city of Ahmedabad.

Only one of the 242 passengers and crew on board survived the crash, while others were killed when the plane struck a medical college's hostel.
