The Raiders look to turn the franchise around with John Spytek as general manager, a hire strongly influenced by team co-owner Tom Brady.

Spytek has ties to Vegas minority owner Tom Brady, having played alongside the former QB at Michigan decades before they went on to win a Super Bowl together in Tampa Bay — with Spytek as the assistant GM. He’s now the third full-time general manager in three seasons for the Raiders, who fired Tom Telesco after one year following a 4-13 season.
