Emmy-nominated actor Lee Pace (Guardians of the Galaxy, Foundation) has been tapped to join The Running Man cast for Paramount Pictures’ upcoming dystopian thriller remake based on Stephen King’s 1982 novel of the same name.

Lee Pace is set to join Glen Powell in Paramount’s reimagining of The Running Man, sources confirmed. Edgar Wright is directing the pic he co-wrote with Michael Bacall. The film is based on the novel by Stephen King that the author published under his pseudonym Richard Bachman.
