The Las Vegas Raiders fired head coach Antonio Pierce and shortly after, a few days after actually, they fired general manager Tom Telesco. The ownership group, primarily Tom Brady, wanted the Raiders to have a fresh start with a new head coach and general manager pairing.

The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant general manager John Spytek as their general manager, NFL Network reports. Spytek had been on staff in Tampa Bay for nine seasons, including when Tom Brady was quarterback for the Buccaneers. Brady is a minority owner of the Raiders.
