The Mysterious Interstellar Object May Have Just Exploded
Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb suggests that interstellar object 3I/ATLAS may have just broken up into well over a dozen pieces.
NASA detected radio echoes from 3I/ATLAS which human beings wanted to understand what they mean. Thus, NASA then proceeded to unveil the echoes' origin.
Scientists say 3I/Atlas came closest to Mars in October. Its path this month put it in the path of the warm rays of our sun, where a tail became more visible. The 3.5-mile solar object is traveling at 137,000 miles per hour, NASA said.
Apophis will make a rare close flyby of Earth in 2029 as scientists study its effects and analyse new findings on interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS.
