The WIAA high school football playoff pairings were released Saturday morning. The Post-Crescent coverage area has 17 teams competing throughout seven divisions. Here are the matchups for the opening round with playoff seeding in parentheses. All games are Friday at 7 p.m.

The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association on Saturday released its 2024 high school football playoff brackets.

The 2024 Wisconsin high school football regular season has come to an end, which means playoffs are right around the corner. The WIAA announced the playoff brackets for all seven divisions on Oct. 19. Playoffs start on Oct. 25. State title games at Camp Randall will be played on Nov. 21 and 22.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - The WIAA has released their brackets for the prep football playoff tournament.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - With the regular season in the books, brackets are out and first round playoff matchups are set in high school football. Local one-seeds in their respective brackets include Kaukauna (Div. 2), Freedom (Div. 4), Winneconne (Div. 4), Wrightstown (Div. 5), Coleman (Div. 6), and Lena/Saint Thomas Aquinas (8-player).
