Mick Jagger's longtime girlfriend Melanie Hamrick revealed they are engaged. Hamrick, 37, shared that she and Jagger, 81 have secretly been engaged for years but may not marry.

The former ballerina confirmed in an interview with French publication Paris Match published Wednesday, April 9 that she and the Rolling Stones frontman are engaged. "We've been engaged two or three years," Hamrick, 37, told the publication, per a translation from French.
