CLEVELAND — With more lake effect snow on the way, the National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Storm Watch for a portion of Northeast Ohio for most of the weekend. The Winter Storm Watch is in effect from 7 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 13) until 1 a.m. Monday (Dec. 15) for the following counties:

On Friday at 11:41 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from Saturday 1 p.m. until Monday 7 a.m. for Mercer, Venango, Forest, Clarion and Jefferson counties.
On Friday at 11:14 a.m. EST the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 7 p.m. EST until Saturday 7 p.m. EST for Cheboygan, Grand Traverse and Wexford counties.
