A man from Boston who won the lottery plans to give away much of his $25,000 a year for life prize. Edwin Lovemore, resident of the Mattapan neighborhood in Boston, won $25,000 a year for life playing “Lucky for Life” on Sept. 25. He came forward on Dec. 18 to claim his prize.
