The Arizona Cardinals had their second day of practice on Thursday for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts and released their second injury report of the week. It was essentially the same report as Wednesday, including the non-participation of quarterback Kyler Murray.
Front and center is quarterback Kyler Murray, who was upgraded to limited and designated as questionable. After head coach Jonathan Gannon said Friday morning, “We’ll see how it goes” in the next couple days with the questionable players, when asked what he has to see from Murray, Gannon said, “Have a good day."
Jacoby Brissett, filling in for the injured Kyler Murray, balled out in Week 6, giving the Cardinals their best offensive performance of the season as 2025 had been full of struggles with Murray under center.
Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darius Robinson is out for Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans. Here's the latest injury report and updates.
Anthony Richardson was inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals after sustaining an injury during pregame warmups, and according to ESPN's Stephen Holder, the Colts' backup quarterback will likely miss multiple games because of the incident. Richardson injured his eye while doing band work, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The concussion for Pierce happened in Week 3 and he did not play in Week 4. Last week, he practiced fully on Wednesday and Thursday, but did not practice on Friday and was declared out when head coach Shane Steichen revealed he hadn’t cleared the protocol, which he is still in.
Tennessee Titans offensive tackle J.C. Latham returned to practice as a limited participant for the first time since injuring his hip in Week 1.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are placing tight end Brenton Strange on injured reserve, meaning he will be out for at least the next four weeks. Strange exited "Monday Night Football" in the second quarter during his team's eventual 31-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs with a hip injury and did not return.
