According to the Chicago Sun-Times, officers were called to the 7500 block of North Paulina Street around 11:25 a.m. Monday. There, they found an unidentified 58-year-old woman unresponsive aboard the train, and she was pronounced dead shortly afterward. Police told the paper that Area 3 detectives are handling the investigation.

CTA suspends Red, Purple Line service near Berwyn after medical emergency
CTA Red and Purple Line service was temporarily suspended Wednesday morning between Howard and Belmont because of a medical emergency on the tracks at the Berwyn station.
