The families of two victims from the Northeast Philadelphia plane crash have filed a lawsuit against the medical air-transport company alleging negligence.
No one was injured on Tuesday when a plane crashed in a Fremont field, a Wayne County spokesperson said. Authorities received a 911 call around 12:05 p.m. about the plane crashing at 2794 Davis Mill Road, according to the spokesperson.
The crash of the Cessna Skyhawk happened about 7 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Grant Road and Babcock Street in southern Brevard. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board were notified and were expected to review the site and the airplane before making any preliminary findings.
