A group of traders says over $22 million in crypto have been stolen through compromised API keys.

The challenge here is the API keys aren’t owned by the 3Commas platform but rather 3Commas uses them for access to 3rd parties.

3Commas CEO Yuri Sorokin confirmed that a major hack obtained tens of thousands of their users’ API keys.

After examining the API keys, Sorokin and 3Commas warned users that they should disable their keys with any exchanges that are connected to the service, such as Binance and Kucoin.
