SIX ANIMAL WELFARE organisations are seeking a High Court injunction to halt the upcoming ban on owning XL Bully dogs, due to come into force on Saturday.The charities say the Minister for Rural and Community Development failed to publish the reasons why the animals are a danger to the public.
