The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for much of Central Indiana. It's the first time the area has been put under that type of alert in November since at least 2008, NWS staffers believe. The warning is in effect between 7 a.m. Nov. 29 and 10 a.m. on Nov. 30.
