Update: Fayetteville teen ID'd as victim of fatal shooting outside Skibo Road restaurant
A Fayetteville teen has been identified by police as the victim of a fatal shooting Wednesday in the parking lot of a Skibo Road restaurant. According to the Fayetteville Police Department, 18-year-old Sencedrick Barham was found around 5 p.m. suffering from a gunshot wound outside Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, adjacent to Cross Creek Mall.
Most of the barbecue brand's remaining units will be turned into Twin Peaks as the sports-bar chain ramps up development.
