A Silver Alert has been issued for a 62-year-old Jackson man. Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Johanne McCarthy was last seen on Wednesday, January 8 around 2:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of Arbor Vista Boulevard.
