Phil Spencer says Xbox is still sticking to making hardware but is committed to releasing more games across more devices and platforms.

The Xbox Series X would be the flagship console with the high specs, while the Xbox Series S would be targeted to more casual gamers and used almost like a Game Pass machine. However, various developers eventually came out saying that the Series S feels more like a hurdle.
