JetBlue is ditching hot meals in coach on each of its transatlantic flights. The New York-based carrier quietly rolled out a new dining menu for its "core" cabin this fall. It included a key disclaimer at the top: "All items served chilled."

JetBlue is making a big change to its transatlantic flight offerings. CNN (WBD) reports that the company’s “core” fares flying to Europe and the U.K. will no longer come with hot meals.

JetBlue’s transatlantic service — which includes daily flights to the U.K. and Europe — includes a single meal and a “pre-arrival light bite” for all passengers. Mint members are additionally offered meals on coast-to-coast flights as well as flights to Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.
