Linda Grizzle is splitting a $167.3 million winnings with her son, Shannon Farthing, both of Georgetown. Farthing bought a $2 Powerball ticket for last Saturday night’s drawing. Mother and son came to the Kentucky Lottery on Monday to present the winning ticket purchased at Clark’s Pump N Shop at 480 Connector Road.

There will be a whole heckuva lot of pumping and shopping going on for the winner of the biggest Powerball jackpot in Kentucky history — and they can afford their own UK basketball commercials until the end of time.

At $167.3 million, the ticket sold at Clark’s Pump N Shop in Georgetown topped a Kentucky record from 2009 by nearly $40 million.
