Oklahoma Mental Health Commissioner removes Attorney General from lawsuit
A fight between the state's Attorney General, the Department of Mental Health, and the Governor is heating up.On Tuesday, Mental Health Commissioner Allie Friesen, who Gov. Kevin Stitt appointed, announced that the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services would stop using Attorney General Gentner Drummond in a case regarding jail-based competency services.
