According to a notice sent to the Office of the Main Attorney General, more than 200,000 Comcast customers have been affected by a data breach at Financial Business and Consumer Solutions (FBCS). FBCS is a debt collection agency contacted by various companies to collect on unpaid debts.

Nearly 240,000 Comcast customers had their personal information exposed in a data breach earlier this year, including social security numbers and addresses.

CF Medical, a medical debt-purchasing company that goes by the trade name Capio, has confirmed it was among the organizations that saw customer health information stolen as a result of the FBCS breach.
