New video released of armed teen wanted in connection with West Philadelphia rec center shooting
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Christy Rec Center in West Philadelphia is expected to reopen Friday, as police seek a break in Wednesday's shooting of four children and one of the center's workers. A 16-year-old boy remains in critical condition. The injuries to the others are said to be less serious.
